Oh yeah, I was gonna suggest to put a link to the next & previous chapter if you are gonna continue to put out the direct link. I find it annoying when i have to go back and forth between the index and the next chapter.

well i think direct links is fine as long as you put in previous & next chapter links. as for redesigning the site, we can set up a time to talk about that.
